Create your own Home Office poster

Blogger, James Holden got a bit annoyed by the following poster on his street which told him to "rat on my neighbours because I don't understand what they throw away."

So he created a "add your own text" version of the poster here. You need to put carriage returns in to make the text fit but this is my effort.
