When is a boycott not a boycott?

When you create a Facebook group calling for the boycott of Kettle Chips because they have "professional 'union busters'" but then also say,
Note we don't want sales to drop so far that workers lose their jobs. We are simply getting our message across to the private equity company that owns Kettle Foods in a language that they will understand.
Like Blog Action Day, a pointless gesture.

Not only a tasty snack, but I get to crunch on the unions at the same time. Where's my wallet?
