Shaun Woodward's figures don't add up?

According to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Shaun Woodward, from January 2006 to June 2007 (18 months), his department recorded a total of 307 overseas flights at a cost of £310,574.43 (majority of which were to the Republic of Ireland).

However, on the same day when answering Mark Hoban MP's question of, "how much was spent by his Department on (a) first class and (b) business class flights in the last 12 months" Woodward said that,
"£781,170 was spent on business class travel, and a further £60,908 was spent on foreign flights in 2006-07 (this is the last 12 months for which audited figures are available)."
That is total of £842,078 on flights for 12 months, where apparently only 60 grands worth was on foreign flights. That means they must have spent a further £247,000 on foreign flights in less than six months, and they managed to spend just over half a million pounds on domestic flights in a year. Alternatively the figures are bollocks.
