"Shoot the Blacks" says German Army?

The German Army has found itself in controversy today after a video appeared on YouTube of a training session where soldiers are told to imagine they are in the Bronx and a car full of African-American are their target. They are told to shoot them whilst shouting something at them which it seems has no translation in German.
At this point I could make some reference to the war in an amusing way but I'm not going too. Instead I can't help thinking about Patrick Mercer's comments which pale into insignificance really in comparison.
