Liam Byrne's unwitting pop at Baroness Scotland?

Liam Byrne has just told the Labour Conference that,

"we cannot and will not forget there are 5 million people in this country who still earn less than £6.67 per hour"

Wonder if he's going to have a word with Baroness Scotland about the rate she paid her illegal immigrant housekeeper?
