We all use Google images for searching, but one thing only a complete fool would do is take a watermarked image that requires you to pay
istockphoto and then
use the watermarked image.

UPDATE: Seems the young
Tory Bear got the scoop on this earlier this morning.

How much will it cost him?
Pennies
What an amateur. Crap graphic too.

Yes, exactly. Istockphoto is very cheap and has very reasonable terms and conditions. You have to be a complete c**t to use a watermarked image from them.
Am I to assume from this that you hold a very low opinion of Derek Draper?
You forgot to mention that the article in question on a Labour website pondered why voter turnout was so low these days.
Talk about a lack of self-reflection.
Caught with a smoking gun.
But protecting copyright on images is impossible to police these days.
As an istock contributor I have brought this to their attention. I've asked if they wouldn't mind terribly suing Derek Draper out of existance...
Darwen Reporter Linda Preston. It's difficult to police but once someone has been proved to be using an image without authorisation the owner can demand payment, with the backing of the law. As Labour list is based in the UK which is pretty hot on IP laws, I imagine iStock would have no problem persuing this claim.
Why should they care? Labour List is funded by the Labour Party and is governement mouthpiece so they don't give a toss. It's not as if they understand about the value of money and how to spend it....
Hmm... this is interesting. Normally, Dolly is one of the first to comment whenever anything is written about him on the blogs. At the time of writing this, (and bearing in mind comment moderation is on) I don't see anything from him. I wonder why that is.
Also Dizzy, have you noticed that he hasn't written anything for DraperList for the best part of a week now? Maybe those rumours about him being sidelined were true...
