An almost honest answer from a Minister

Almost a refreshingly honest answer to a question by Mike O'Brien at the Department for Energy and Climate Change. When asked about the latest dates people could apply for grants under the Low Carbon Buildings Programme he said,

The latest date for new applications from homeowners is 30 June 2010 or when the money runs out, whichever is sooner.

A say almost refreshingly honest because to be fair the money ran out long ago. Everything currently is on tick.
