Ever heard of a Skrull? No? Not a comic book fan then? Well, the Skrulls are a Marvel Comic invention. They're not very nice and they're shapeshifters.
More importantly, in the latest issue of Captain Britain and MI:13, there is a guest appearnce from Gordon Brown. Apparently, three of his Cabinet turn out to be shapeshifters as well.
Feel free to speculate on which memebrs of the Cabinet you currently think might actually be secret aliens sent to infiltrate earth in preparation for invasion.

Look at this list , which of them would you be 100% sure was human?
Well I'm fairly sure David Miliband is not human, and Hazel Blears, well... Umm ahh, Ed Balls is obviously the other one!
Z.
Of course you'd think that Aliens capable of travelling interstellar distances would have immeasurably superior intelligence, so actually I don't think any of the current cabinet could possibly be Aliens... Just incompetent barely human socialists...
Zorro.
Since we can't choose our weird beard PM I'd have to go with Balls, Cooper and Harman since they all seem to live on another planet.
Zorro - I agree. The level of stupidity almost ensures they are not Alien. Mind you, they display all the characteristics of sheep - who are certainly not of this Earth.
Actually the comic says that "all but three" of the cabinet are aliens...guesses? :o)
What is remotely alien about a plank?
Apparently, three of his Cabinet turn out to "shapeshifters" as well.
Dizzy, a Freudian slip methinks. Shurely it was "shirtlifters".
Hazel Blears?
Dizzy, can I be the first to say really well done on Sky! Thought you were very good!
The Aliens had only some fossils of a human to work from.
Burnham was first, but the green skin required a lot of make up and is too waxy to appear really human.
Purnell was a better attempt. Not acurate but good enough of a replica for a museum.
Lacking an image of a female the shapeshifters just went with what they thought one might look like.
Hence Yvette Cooper
Only three!?!

Agreed: they must be the pets that Aliens abandoned on Planet Earth for a laugh.
Harriet Harman easily, and Steve McCabe (who ran the Crewe & Nantwich by election for Labour)!
'there's only one Steve McCabe'
(At least they broke the mould...)
EC comics *Tales from the Crypt* (particularly after Newsnight's cemetery chic) is perhaps a more likely source --- which Cabinet Minister will turn out to be Swamp Thing?
Well Shaun Woodward has form... and certainly pretends to be something he isn't...
Of course The Shapeshifters are also house music producers. After 1 initial great hit (Lola's Theme) they've churned out pretty much unadulterated crap.
A bit like Brown after his bounce.
