There's nothing funnier than evidence that proves cultural stereotypes is there?

That's just the declared party expenditures.

I think you can be too cynical. When I worked in a government department, there was certainly no cost incurred to the taxpayer on party expenses, we (rightly) paid our own way.

Des Browne,having worked all day as Defence Secretary, spends his evening and nights working as Scottish Secretary. Obviously therefore he has no time for Christmas or even having a pee or even sex (now there's a thought).

I believe everything gloomy Des says.
