If you say you know about the quango and website of Partners for Environmental Cooperation in Europe then you're either lying, or you work for DEFRA.The website is one of those many websites that the Government is repsonsible for but no sod knows about. This one is so well known it acheive a unique vistor rate of 606 a month. I imagine that doesn't even come close to justifying the hosting costs, but DEFRA said it would cost too much to work out anyway.
Yes that's right, it will cost too much to figure out how much money is being wasted on a site that get's sod all traffic. There is something uniquely perculiar about that argument don't you think? They're saving money you see by not working how much they're wasting. Genius!

It's not just the website though, is it? It's the cost of all those meetings. These socialists love meetings. Me, I prefer a good job. (Not a shit: I'm talking about meaningful employment.)
