Dizzy, explain to Recess Monkey that when the audience does not find the joke funny, don't then start lecturing them about how poverty in this country is down to those nasty tories. You are likely to start getting booed off the stage. If you then start throwing wild accusations about the audience being put up to it by CCHQ, then its time to start throwing the rotten eggs!

I'm sure the Monkey will be spinning a new line on Sion Simon. His previous justifications are absurd. I would go hard and (if he changes his line of defence) suggest that he's not sticking to his principles (of defending a bloody fool) because his party hierarchy have pulled rank. You might just be able to precipitate a fit.
