It's been reported that two child rapists have absconded from their Open Prison in Wales. Both prisoners were serving life sentences for child rape. John Elms, for the rape of a 15-year-old girl in 1996, and Martin Aspinall, for the rape of a five-year-old girl in 1992. Simple question, what on earth were paedophile rapists on life sentences doing in an Open Prison?
