Somebody could write a book out of these reports - I attended Mississippi State University where the college newspaper would feature the week's reports every Tuesday I think. Reading them was always a good laugh and people read them for no other reason.
A particular one I remember was obviously the result of either a fraternity practical joke or drunken behaviour the night before and went along the lines of:
"Traffic Cones were discovered distributed across and blocking the highway. Officers attended the scene and were confused."

Apparently there's another version sung by the "Audio Bullys".
These finger pointing audio bullies are a menace to society!
As indeed it could in the UK. The common law offence of assault encompasses threats which cause someone to expect to be subject to immediate physical harm. As it sounds like this lady did.

Anyone recall the person who used to dress like a cowboy with toy pistols in a holster?
He'd smoke those Clint Eastwood-style cigars and hang around on Tube Stations.
I found him scary and I am a man. But everyone said: "He's only harmless! He's nothing to worry about!"
But they stopped saying that when he suddenly plunged a knife into a woman and killed her.
