Minister for Digital Openness digitally blocks bloggers?

How strange, the Minister in charge of Digital e-Bollocks, who professes for the need to use technology and be more open - Tom Watson - has blocked me, Iain Dale and even a Labour supporter, Jag Singh on Twitter.

Even more strange is the fact that anyone blocked by the technical geek guru in Government can go to Tweetminster and follow him there via the web if they want to.

So what pray tell is the point in his decision to block people when they can follow his Twitterings elsewhere?I wonder? Seriously Tom, sort it out and stop being a childish little Toryboy lookalike.*
* Obviously you can't stop looking like Toryboy, but you can grow up.

Tom Watson look-alike Tory boy? Joke of the millenium, so far. More like a typical Labourazi bullyboy, to me!

He probably doesn't want you to know he is calling on Charles Clarke with some presents for his family.

What was his thinking behind this?

Oh. Sorry. Tom Watson + thinking. Not probable, is it?

Obviously his grasp of web technology isn't quite as strong as he was hoping for.

I'm trying to do more policy focussed stuff on the Twitter feed and leave the political knockabout on the blog.

So I blocked you, Iain Dale and Jag Singh (the business partner of the bloke who does Guido Fawkes). Nothing personal. You're always welcome at the blog.
