As reported by Lester Haines of The Register:
"For those of you not up to speed on the Dawn Herb toilet-cuss outrage, the 33-year-old West Scranton pottymouth was confronted with an overflowing john on 11 October this year, and was reported by off-duty police officer Patrick Gilman when she let forth a stream of profanity."
But at least District Judge, Terrence Gallagher, had the good sense to dismiss the case.
If teachers let a 10 year old stay at school with a steak knife then we would surely cry madness! Just because this little scally was cutting food with it at the time doesn't make it ok.
They could have just asked her not to bring it anymore. This is just hysterical overreaction.
