Blears going for print media blitz?

When it comes to a publicity budget, I usually expect the television stuff to be the most expensive section when you split it with the print media and radio. However in the case of Communities and Local Government it isn't. They're only planning to spend £1.5 million in the next year on tv propagnda campaigns, but will be spending £5.5 million on the print campaign. I just can't wait to see what it is!
