George Galloway to be suspended from Parliament?

According to the Sunday Times, George Galloway is going to be suspended from Parliament for a month by the parliamentary standards watchdog over his links to the United Nations oil-for-food programme in Iraq.

What a shame! I couldn't think of a nicer person for it to happen too.

An unoriginal post from an unoriginal character who relies on other people's work to promote themselves (unless of course you invented 'dizzy')? How original.

What has Galloway ever done to you? Sent your family to die in an illegal war? Made you unemployed? Posting this standard of crap on a Sunday morning like some middle-england wankstain doesn't do you any favours, and trust me you could do with some.

Indeed. Didn't realise the Galloway rebuttal machine was so pathetic.

Anyway so does this mean yet again that the people of Bethnal Green and Bow will not have a proper MP? Presumably he won't be allowed to use his parliamentary office and resources during this time. So yet again it's his constituents that suffer.

He is my MP.

He shouldn't be suspended from parliament; he should be suspended from a gibbet.

Actually, Bethnal Green and Bow could be taken by the Conservatives if they thought about having some sensible policies, but, sadly, they don’t.

No it couldn't. Labour had their vote split down the middle by Respect and came second last time. They beat the Tories by 9,000 votes. And the Tories only got 6,000 in the first place!
I'll believe Bethnal Green and Bow could be true blue when the SWP win in Henley!
