A Bill of Rights? I've not heard that one before

Given that Brown is apparently planning on making sweeping changes to prerogative powers and also creating a Bill of Rights. I presume that Lord Faulkner and Goldsmith will be rubbishing the latter idea publicly as they did when David Cameron called for the same?...... didn't think so.
