Norwegian TV pushes the boundaries?

Just been sent this and it took a while to think what to write about it. It's from a Norwegian TV company, bear with it through the Norwegian bit, it goes into English after about a minute.

On the wrongness scale you find yourself thinking this is as wrong as the wrongest thing that was ever wrong. Then you wonder, are they able-bodied and taking the piss, or are they actually disabled and merely game for a laugh? Who knows! Crazy Norwegians!
