What an utterly bizarre, and I imagine some would say unethical website.
My Free Implants is a "community site" where girls who want breast implants post and beg the male users of community for money to help them cover the cost of their implants.

The website then provides them with the surgery through its largely US surgeon outlets. Apparently the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS)* is not
amused.
* Unbelievably amusing acronym I know.

Just found that one too. Thanks to a comment at Guido's ... so far it's paying for 12 procedures a year. For goodness how much phone or rather web sex and titillation.
Fair's fair. A BJ for a Boob Job.
It's not such a bad idea... I'm very tempted to steal the concept to do something similiar, more charitable and without the smut tho, for example: 'My free surgery' -- help a sick person get the health they need today! Give the gift of sight to a veteran, two pounds per day will keep a pensioner fed in hospital, your pennies will go along way towards getting a sick child much needed throat surgery ...'
If I add personally written thank-you letters and progress reports ... do you think Oxfam will be suing me for 'business method theft'?
!
Free enterprise collides with exhibitionism.
And maybe low self esteem.
