It was going to happen eventually

I've just heard the news that Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, has been killed. I realise this will sound harsh, but my first reaction was to ask "was he pissing off a dangerous animal at the time?" Fair enough, Irwin got closer to many very interesting creatures, I always remember the Komodo dragon incident, but if you play with fire one day you're gonna get burnt. Sad for the family but the tragedy seemed almost inevitable.
