Graduates: Can't get a job? Sue your University

Some might say "only in America" but given the rise of tuition fees for UK Universities which means student feel, justifiably, that they are buying a service and should therefore gain some sort of consumer rights for doing so, I wouldn't be surprised if this happens in the UK soon.

Basically, a girl in New York is suing her college for the entire $70,000 tuition fees and $2,000 in damages from stress because three months after graduating she has not found a job. Why she can't be like so many others and do a job that has nothing to do with her degree in order to earn money I do not know.
