Probably a result of the short-lived fashion for making furniture from Fed-Ex boxes.Someone probably made some, got hurt then sued Fed-Ex.
Should be children must not use as Toys, with my kids the box was sometimes the best toy better even then the toy inside.
It's intended as a joke. The Budget truck rental company puts these 'moving tips' on the sides of their trucks (and boxes, apparently).
