Is Gordon selling off the nations treaures?

Very amusing, but the people at Financial Advice have put together some rather amsuing fake GumTree adverts that sum up what Gordon brown is probably thinking right now. Up for sale we have.

Stonehenge - which Gord has noted "needs some renovation"

There's also a great big vintage clock for sale

Last but by no means least, we have a castle north of the border, "great for any young family"

If Mr Brown could get away with it i'm sure he would try this for real - and it still wouldnt have a hope in hell of fixing the mess this country is going to be in for the next 25 years..

Selling off National Assets is probably being planned even as we speak. It will be marketed as a necessary revenue raising activity that will bring much needed investment at a time when it is most needed. I think that Gazpro Big Ben has a ring to it (pun intended)
