Im glad he is there. According to him all the police in the country are `institutionally incompetent` even the hundreds who have been killed in the line of duty. 300 odd in NI alone. Perhaps they were only incompetent up to the time they were murdered or maybe it is just the living ones who are incompetent.
I hope he does not get some indifferent service from a soldier or a lifeboat man. I wonder will he post them to be institutionally incompetent as well.
