Next time I get one of those almost-spam invitations to join a social networking site, I think I will reply with your video!
Does anyone here feel they get something useful out of these sites? I have a suspicion that they are basically a waste of time, a kind of online popularity contest that doesn't bring you much in the way of real friendship (or new business contacts).
Perhaps I'm just too old, though. I don't seem to "get" any technology that appeared after I was thirty! So if you can't live without your camera-phone, or depend on Facebook for your social life, please educate me. :-)

I've been campaignng against Facebook for some time. As I can't technically unsubscribe, I just ignore invitations.
