Information [about donations] was provided to the permanent secretary at the Department of Constitutional Affairs at the appropriate time and in line with the Ministerial Code.The DCA ceased to exist on May 9th, so how can her donations registered as being received in late June and beyond have been declared to the permanent secretary at said department?
