Huhne website almost ready. Declaration coming soon?

It's no surprise really that Chris Huhne plans to run for the Lib dem leadership. He will be using the same website address as last time at chris2win.org. Yesterday it was still a 123 Reg Holding Page today it is a "Site under Development" and it's being developed by Lib Dem e-campiagn specialists Prater Raines.
