Take it up with your local Association. They may have you marked down twice, especially if you are in an association that covers more than one constituency. For one member one vote issues like the leadership vote these are deduped. However this is a time consuming process and several associations were very late in supplying the information (ie two weeks past the deadline) so for once I don't blame CCHQ.
