'Fast track' accreditation that is slow

I am slightly apoplectic now as I finally have a pass. I also heard a shocking tale of a woman who arrived at 8.30 this morning, paid £105 for 'fast track' accreditation and got the pass at 12:00. Lord knows how long you have to wait if you pay the standard rate.

I will update with other stuff later.

not so sure why you're so shocked mate - fast tracks for those that can afford to lay were pretty much the mainstay of the Tories for most of the last 25 years.

It wasn't the fast track itself, more that the fast track was horrendously slow.

I like the idea of being slightly apoplectic.

It's when steam comes out of only one ear.

What is silly is that I can see any terrorists saying 'Yes let us wait until midday when we have our passes before putting our devious, evil and dastardly plan for committing murder and mayhem on an industrial scale with wanton disregard for innocent lives into action..'

Still, if it allows the security box to be ticked by the 'elf and safety' brigade, then they can sleep easier in their beds even if we don't...

Price of a conference pass £105.
Knowing you are making f**k all difference to deterring terrorists?

Priceless...
