The company who flogs them says it's not a car ,it's the eqivalant of a quad bike ,you can register a quad bike for the road ,from the video it looks as if you have the same protection in that thing non.
Boris was having a blast of outrage about this this morning; those that like them are happy to take the risk (safer than cycling) but the Dept of Transport are being creepy and using the EU to condemn them.
Clearly you need to buy one of those eco friendly coffins at the same time. Maybe the manufacturers could have a BOGOF offer. Free eco funeral with every car!
Need a link to the vid on You tube if avail please. I don't have (or want) Real Player on my comps. It had it once and it kept thrying to run my life for me.
