Apparently the Forest of Dean council is about to set a trend by producing a leaflet all about the disassociative drug, Ketamine. The press release from the Government describes ketamine as a "relatively new drug". Apparently ketamine "makes users vulnerable to being robbed or sexually assault". So does booze but that's by the by I guess.
Anyway, ketamine is not a new drug, its been around for years. As a diassociative psychoactive it's been popular with all sort s of people, both for academic reason and just for those who want to get off their head and visit, waht Dr Karl Jansen called Planet K. If someone really wants to find out about ketamine, then a good place to start would be Jansen's book, Ketamine: Dreams and Realities, or even having a look at Erowid. Now I must run off and smoke some human cat nip!*
* Not really.
