What? Does it help the music sound better? I was on a bus the other day that just about wiped out a suited tit wearing some kind of music player.As he wlked to the edge of the pavement the, driver (in fact most of the bus, judging by the gasps) noticed he hadn't looked our way, so he tootled his horn. The tit stepped out into the bus lane, then thought to look left, jsut as the driver tootled again and slammed on his brakes and swerved. The tit jumped back on the pavement, physically intact, ego/pride unknown.
Sorry: I kinda sound like I don't like people with ipods etal, but I don't. I just don't get the need for listening to music when surounded by noise and activity.
The only I have for an Ipod is to remove the Hard Drive off faulty ones ,got a couple of 5gigs ,plug into a card reader just great for moving software around.

ipods are great for ignoring beggars/chuggers/big issue sellers/free newspaper thrusters/politicians without feeling guilty about ignoring them
