Following from Iain Dale's story last week about Gordon Borwn's illegal airport tax, Iain has just posted saying that the airlines are now hoping that a large number of passengers complain about the levy in order that they have a formal pretext not to levy the charge.There is also, apparently, the possibility of airline passengers who have already been subjected to this extra £5 per head since the Pre-Budget Report making a claim back on the Government for not having legal power to take the money in the first place.
I do hope that happens, hell hath no fury like a British taxpayer scorned!

Ohh My head hurts. Not sure if it's excessive drinking or the government constantly beating us over the head with bad laws, bum decisions and generally taking the piss.
I really hope that people do complain about this.
