Tonight sees the launch of 18 Doughty Street Talk TV, website went live a few moments ago. If I may talk as a techie for a moment, I really hope all goes well tonight for the launch. I have had the pleasure over the past couple of days of watching some of the testing streams and I was really impressed at the quality of the feed. There were no problems with it as far as I could tell, and hopefully the testing has ironed out a few of the teething problems. I wish Iain, Tim and everyone else the best for the first night, sadly I won't be watching live as I'll be in the pub doing "charity" work. I do intend to watch "On Demand" when I get home though.

I have had a problem downloading my firefox application, I think I interrupted it, hope it works ok without it. This is a first for political tv and I really hopes it works out.
I have downloaded the other application and all is well, phew!
