The shortest Queen's Speech in history?

So now that Blair has said what everyone already knew he was going to say, does that mean we'll have the shortest Queen's Speech in history when Parliament opens again? After all, what's the point in having a programme for "My Government" when at the man in charge commands no real power over his Cabinet as they all know he's off anyway? I'm not at all convinced that the Labour Party will let him hold on for another nine months.
