Another British exec arrested in America

The Times is reporting that the chairman of Sportingbet, Peter Dicks, has been arrested at JFK airport by the Police Department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey after a warrant was issued by the Louisiana State Police. This is the second arrest in as many months of a British executive on Internet gambling charges in the US. The one-way judicial street to the US rolls on it seems.

Couldn't they arrest the Enron Chancellor?
