Government promotes green policies by scrapping them

On Wednesday in a written Ministerial Statement, Stephen Ladyman (such an unfortunate surname) announced that the Government was committed to green policies then scrapped the grant system available to people who buy low-carbon cars. Not so green then.

Disgraceful. I think you should write a letter to The Times about it.

does that mean that someone else already did and I missed it Ellee?

OK, I'm currnetly reading your blog about writing letters. Good idea. I think I might just do that.

Have you written your letter yet? You always need to be quick if you are writing about a topical issue. I often turn a press release round into a letter and find that gets published if the story doesn't.

And congratulations on coming 7th on Iain's list, what a great way to start the day. I'm going to add you to my blog roll today.

I'm ashamed to say my own procrastination coupled with football has caused me not to write a letter yet.

However, the news of being 7th made my day to be sure! Thanks for adding me to your blogroll Ellee.
