Yes it was - or maybe the guy is working for an MP who has a flat with too much HOT air???
It's very old. I do notice that the younger generation don't seem to want to spend out on curtains & put sheets, tin foil & newspapers in their windows instead. Have some bleedin' pride for god's sake. Sorry for the rant.
