Should the MP for Winchester declare an interest?

If you're wondering what he's talking about it's "the provision of stoma and incontinence appliances". I make no comment given Mr Oaten's personal past. Really... I don't!

  3. The NHS are trying to reduce the cost of these supplies typically to those with bladder/bowel problems. One aspect is the system whereby the supplier automatically delivers repeat supplies without the need for repeat prescriptions etc. The drug companies lobbied users and MP's to support the status quo. Hence the question - a serious one.

  5. Sorry. I feel some sympathy for Mark Oaten. Author of his own misfortune etc but it has been grim for him and family.
