City and East GLA declaration imminent

The first declaration from the Excel count centre is apparently imminent. Expect a Livingstone win and expect much analysis of the split of the first and second preferences.

    Do they announce the second preferences yet?

    Surely until the other regions declare there aren't formally two run-off candidates?

    On the London elects website there are now all the constituency turnout figures and at 39.86% City & East is the lowest.

    Total votes caste calculated as 187686given as
