    Boat comes in to pier. Man jumps off boat and heads for woods. Could not wait the two minute journey.

    OR - Winnsboro Mayor opens new road to mark his term of office. It is named by an opponent who succeeds him.

    OR - it is just a bloody awful road, suitably named.

    Can we email the town hall there and find out.
