In an interview about all things green in today's Independent on Sunday, David Cameron has admitted he does something illegal. Apparently, he says, "[m]y neighbour keeps pigs. We feed them our vegetable scraps. Illegally." Sexy story huh? I don't suppose anyone reading this might know why it's illegal to feed your vegetable scraps to your neighbours pigs do they? Something to do with foot and mouth maybe? Is Cameron about to feel the wrath of Miliband and DEFRA?
This is a vote loser.
ReplyDeleteDave trying to be cheeky and adorable while maladeptly drawing attention to the fact that all this feeding of pigs must happen at his place in the country.
ReplyDeleteCannot this man say anything right? He is so loathesome he makes my skin crawl - and I'm a lifelong Conservative from an entire family of Conservative voters.
Why is Tony Blair banging on about climate change in his dotage. Surely the powers that be should have chosen somebody else if they want us to believe this nonsense.
ReplyDeleteIs Cameron saying his vegetables are illegal?
ReplyDeleteIf this had happened to Blair he would have the pigs prosecuted as receivers of illegal goods.
ReplyDeleteIt's not the vegetables themselves that are illegal, it's the coke they're smeared with. Allegedly.
ReplyDeleteWho's a vegetable?
ReplyDeleteSurely that has to be front page news. The people must know these things!
ReplyDeleteWhenever I see the name "verity" I get this very strange feeling that some spiteful and ill-informed words will follow. I am rarely disappointed.
ReplyDeleteHasta la vista, baby!
My guesstimate s that it is in breach of one of a raft of EU Waste regulations.
ReplyDeleteScraps count as waste and waste has to be collected and disposed of by licensed contractors.
Yes, I was going to say the same as Elaib.
